We offer yoga & movement classes for all ages,  bodies and abilities.

Our passion is movement for health and longevity which means that our classes are normally slower paced with attention to muscular engagement, alignment and breath.

Our classes are small (up to 5 people) so online pre-booking is essential. We require 5 days cancellation notice to give someone else the chance to take your spot.

We provide yoga mats if you have never done yoga before, although it might be a good idea to eventually invest in your own.

We have a small waiting area so please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before class starts.

We also kindly ask you to leave your shoes outside the practice room on the shelf unit by the door.

The online classes do not require any sign up. They are for you to get a taste of our teaching style and hopefully develop a home practice.
