We are super excited to have Tessa Blair working at the clinic from this Friday. Tess is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, registered with the ISRM and will be offering massage therapy and soft tissue treatments at the clinic.

Mine is a work in progress. So much so that at the end of last year, in the midst of pre-Xmas madness and preparing for our Thailand trip, I forgot to celebrate a big one. One that my neurons had to work really hard for 🤯

I am officially a @fertilitysupport trained acupuncturist & herbalist! 🎉🥳

I join a fantastic community of practitioners dedicated to turning all the stones when it comes to supporting your fertility. We're trained to think outside the box, question a little more, and dig a little deeper 🤓

So far, I am the only one in Devon who has done this highly specialized training. You can find me in Chagford & Modbury. I also offer online services if you cannot get to me.

January and February are never easy months for me

January and February are never easy months for me Giusi @_itsyourhormones_ ❄️. The buzz of the festive season is gone, all the lights are taken down, and long nights and short winter days persist. How is that conducive to the start of new projects and resolutions? Look around, and nature will tell you that it is time to hibernate and take it easy. By all means, fit in an extra gym/yoga class or a walk on the beach to keep things moving after the holidays. But big projects or beginnings? Not the right time, if you ask me. No wonder most New Year's resolutions don’t turn into anything.

❄️ As women, we clearly experience this cyclicality when we menstruate… you wouldn’t take on big projects during your bleeding time (= winter), right?

🌴🥥 I am currently in Thailand (living the dream!). I observe how my body is relaxing, as it generally does better in a warmer climate, but my mind is going into full summer mode. New ideas and projects keep coming up. I perfectly know that once I land back in the UK, still in full winter, not much will get done right away. I am okay with that. That’s what the propelling power of spring is for.

❄️ So, if you are not feeling the whole New Year's resolution thing... know you are not alone. Far from it. Ease the pressure off. This is still the season for rest. 😌
