Short Floor Flow (18 mins)
This short floor flow is a taster of our ‘Relax & Restore’ classes. These permissive classes use elements of yin & restorative yoga, somatic awareness and deep relaxation through movement.

Ever wondered how you can incorporate the wisdom of Chinese Medicine into your yoga practice? In this class Giusi does just that: join her as she guides you into exploring the earth element though movement, awareness & enquiry.
Introduction Part 1 (16 mins)
This first class introduces the fundamental practices that we are going to be using throughout this core series: breath, awareness and gentle movement. Please start with this class if you are new or revising the work we went over during the workshop.
Introduction Part 2 (13 mins)
This second class uses all we have learned from the first fundamentals class. You will integrate progressive movement patterns. If at any point any exercise becomes too much, work at the level/exercise you are comfortable with and then in time, build up and continue the class.
