“Know Your Core” Free Series

This first class introduces the fundamental practices that we are going to be using throughout this core series: breath, awareness and gentle movement. Please start with this class if you are new or revising the work we went over during the workshop.

This second class uses all we have learned from the first fundamentals class. You will integrate progressive movement patterns. If at any point any exercise becomes too much, work at the level/exercise you are comfortable with and then in time, build up and continue the class.
