YOGA & MOVEMENT CLASSES IN CHAGFORD
We offer mixed and therapeutic movement classes for all ages, bodies, and abilities.
Our passion is for movement that supports your health and longevity. Classes incorporate a variety of modalities, from yoga and functional strength to mindful movement and martial arts, bodyweight calisthenics, and deep relaxation.
Our classes aim to:
- Improve mobility
- Build strength
- Develop balance and coordination
- Challenge your movement habits
- Deepen your understanding of your body and how it functions
- Allow you to feel uplifted in a welcoming and supportive environment
Classes are small (up to 5 people), so online pre-booking is essential. Yoga mats can be provided, but we encourage you to eventually invest in your own.
We have a small waiting area, so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your class. Shoes and bags can be safely left outside the practice room on the shelf unit by the door.

Private Yoga Classes
Rebecca has 4 slots per week for 1-2-1s; whether you want to book a private class for just yourself or gather together a group (maximum 5).
It is recommended to book at least two sessions in advance to secure your regular slot and to ensure continuity.
